Information and Procedures for Residential Projects

You will receive a color fan deck to use. We will provide draw down samples of the first (3) colors chosen, there-after samples are $15.00 each.

Interior non flat surfaces are hand washed, exterior surfaces are power washed.

Interior or exterior, we cover everything.

Interior or exterior surfaces are prepped, patched, textured if necessary, and primed as needed.

Interior or exterior surfaces are caulked at substrate surface changes as needed.

Interior work is done mostly by brush and roller, occasionally spraying ceilings.

Exterior stucco and eaves are sprayed. Fascia, windows, doors are brush and roll.

Exterior wrought Iron surfaces are painted with an oil base, or upgraded to an epoxy finish.

We will clean the windows, and screens upon completion for an additional cost if desired.

We leave your property as clean as or cleaner than when we get there.

We leave you a roll of tape to identify any touch-ups, and return within the week to take care of.

You pay when we are done and you are satisfied.

We guarantee our work for two years from date of completion, except patio covers, french windows, old split, cracked wood. These items would be one year.
